Forget about Spagetti and Taco’s, and  come out to Boron High School on Tuesday the 11th at 6pm for a mouthwatering pulled pork sandwich. Dinner includes a generous helping of  Denise’s famous pulled pork on a french roll, pasta salad, baked beans and iced cold lemonade. And you get all that for just $6.00. And if you have a sweet tooth after dinner there will be deserts for sale.

And all the proceeds of this dinner go to benefit the BKOP summer lunch program! So by having dinner with us, you are helping out a worthy cause that feeds and invests in the kids of this community; talk about a win/win!

For dinner tickets contract Mike at 760-373-0801.

Just in case you were not aware, the Boron Kids Outreach Program (BKOP) is a non-profit, volunteer organization that seeks to do four basic things. #1 We work to provide free lunches for kids of this community. We work to give kids access to good nutrition through out the summer. #2 We also work to put on several event during the summer. We want to give kids in this community fun and engaging activities to do while school is out. #3 We work to help get kids ready for school. We distribute gently used clothes, and jackets, backpacks and school supplies. We also give back to school haircuts. #4 Which is most important, we seek to send a message to the kids in the community: “You are important. You matter. And we are here for you, to help you and to walk beside you.”

And we provide all of these services to the kids and teens in the Boron community at no cost to them or their families.
